About Andeline

Andeline Williams-Pretorius grew up with low self-esteem that started when she was only four years old. A phrase that was meant to discipline: Stop it, you ugly thing! marked the beginning of twenty-two years of suffering from self-doubt and pleasing others.

"I grew up believing I was worthless and was treated as such. Today I feel good about myself and am on a mission to show my mettle in convincing as many people as possible that they were meant to feel good about themselves.

"I believe that a child with a roof over its head, enough to eat and shelter could still suffer from low self-esteem. While a child without it that has great self-esteem would be able to think of a constructive and legal way to get those things - completing school to be in a position to provide for themselves."

"We fight against sexual abuse, but gladly tolerate abuse of self-esteem when it is just as damaging, destructive and painful."

She calls herself The Self-esteem Police.
